Returns & Refunds

Our technical advice, whether verbal or in writing is given in good faith, but without warranty. However, you may cancel your order without giving a reason and obtain a full refund (excluding carriage charge) provided that the goods are returned within 7 working days in good undamaged condition. This money back guarantee does not apply to special custom made items.

Damaged or Faulty goods

If you receive goods which are faulty or damaged in any way, you should inform us within 7 working days and we will arrange collection of the item/s and either refund you in full, or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

All returns should be well packed to avoid damage in transit, If possible the original packaging should be re-used. A covering note should be included which states your full name and address, a contact telephone number, and our invoice or delivery note number.
